Job Description:

• Assist the Chief Engineer in monitoring and maintaining the normal operation on of HVAC equipment.

• Have an inmate knowledge of all major HVAC systems operation.

• Work with departments in project coordination to minimize disruption.

• Plan the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and additional project for long term development.

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field is preferred.

• 8 years' job experience in related area which inclusive of 5 years’ managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge in related professional industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
