Initiate and execute facilities management related policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with the standard of the Company.
Manage in full spectrum all administrative activities in relation to facilities management such as financial performance, budgeting and manpower allocation.
Prioritize and monitor the progress of construction projects including project timeline, contract agreements, budgeting and handover procedures while drive regular inspection and maintenance schedules.
Manage contractors to ensure project progress in compliance of required standard of workmanship and specifications.
Provide professional advisory services in the development and execution on construction projects.
Prepare relevant periodic reports, statistics and analysis for the review of the management.
Assist in any ad hoc projects and duties as required.
Bachelor Degree or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years solid working experience in relevant field.
Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
