Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from design to construction completion.

• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Monitor project progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the construction process and excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in retail / F&B / office interior contracting firm or related. Experience in High- end brand will be added advantage;

• Team leading abilities with positive working attitude.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and strategic management skills.

• Strong organizational skills, work independently and ability to multi-tasking;

• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and experience with AutoCAD is preferred.

• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator.
