Job Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls concerning the outlet information and taking reservation.

• Provide F&B services to guests in a warm, caring and professional manner.

• Maintain service quality and provide engaging and proactive services to guests.

• Maintain complete knowledge of the F&B menu items offered at the outlet and awareness of popular items off menu.

• Mix cocktails and prepare beverages in the bar.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent professional training.

• At least 1-year premium customer service experience.

• Well grooming with decent and professional appearance.

• Fluent in Thai and English, conversational Chinese is preferred.

• Passionate about customer services and interacting with people.
