Responsibilities:

• Proactively foster the achievement of team targets and sales goals on monthly and annual basis.

• To ensure client and business development, build client relationships, ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.

• Responsible for team management and development, to recruit and build highly motivated teams, to lead, coach and develop them to the next level and secure succession plans.

• Demonstrate selling and floor management operations, represent the Brand values and Shop attitudes toward Clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Secondary school degree or above.

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in retail operations.

• Excellent customer service focus, good leadership skills with strong business acumen and result-oriented.

• Outgoing, dependable and pro-active, demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with different levels, lead and coach of the team.

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
