Responsibilities:
Proactively foster the achievement of team targets and sales goals on monthly and annual basis.
To ensure client and business development, build client relationships, ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
Responsible for team management and development, to recruit and build highly motivated teams, to lead, coach and develop them to the next level and secure succession plans.
Demonstrate selling and floor management operations, represent the Brand values and Shop attitudes toward Clients and team members.
Requirements:
Secondary school degree or above.
Minimum 3 years of related work experience in retail operations.
Excellent customer service focus, good leadership skills with strong business acumen and result-oriented.
Outgoing, dependable and pro-active, demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with different levels, lead and coach of the team.
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
