Strategically plan, develop and implement sustainable fundraising activities to maximize support from the Organizations segment. This includes identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors.
Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations to maximize revenue and gift-in-kind support.
Create stewardship recognition and loyalty plans to engage organization donors in the long-run.
Maintain and keep up-to-date the prospect donor database to acquire new organization donors and sustain local business sector’s support to organization.
Prepare annual revenue and expense budgets, and monitor variance throughout the year for responsible segments; in addition to prepare campaign’s budget, cost analysis and evaluation to achieve the goal of continuous improvement.
Work with team to publish newsletters, printed materials as well as drafting organization stories.
Provide support to the team in maximizing the use of the donor database, as well as to evaluate and analyze results of fundraising initiatives.
Conduct market research on other corporate fundraising programs in Macau and understand donors’ giving patterns and factors.
Monitor compliance with donor gift intent.
University degree majoring in business, marketing, hospitality or related disciplines
5-8 years of solid experience in sales & marketing with demonstrated success in securing income, and NGO fundraising experience is a definite plus
Proven experience in digital and direct marketing and customer relations
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in database management
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate others
