Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operation of all-round HR functions in Macao including hiring, overseas labor services, employee relations, training & development.
Work proactively with operations team and top management on manpower planning, budgeting, local and overseas labor allocation.
Develop and prepare analysis reports for management.
Ensure proper training is delivered to upkeep the skill of labors.
Lead the team to deliver quality HR services in an efficient and orderly manner
Perform the duties assigned by management.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in sizable company
University graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with local labor law and related regulations.
Detail-minded, flexible, proactive and well-organized
Able to work independently and perform multi-task
Good command of both English and Chinese
