Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in an articulate, warm manner.
Ensure accuracy of guest orders from beginning to end.
Must anticipate guest needs at all times.
Assist in serving food & beverages while engaging with guests.
Must use guest name in a natural manner where possible.
Handle guest enquiries and direct to the appropriate department.
Be flexible and adapt within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other department of the hotel as assigned.
Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
Maintain excellent standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Maintain good rapport and working relationships with staff in the outlets and all other departments.
Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
High school certificate or equivalent training.
At least 1 year of work experience in 4–5-star hotel restaurant an advantage.
Customer service orientated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly, polite
Proven knowledge of F&B and restaurant services.
Fluent Mandarin; working knowledge of English.
