Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external consultants to validate AV, show and rigging design solutions, ensuring full compliance with legal, operational and brand safety standards. Review construction drawings and project submission documents, track RFIs and design variations, and verify as-built records are consistent with on-site completed works.

• Supervise on-site installation, system integration and UI delivery for AV, show and rigging systems. Participate in regular project meetings, conduct routine site inspections, witness pre-project mock-up tests and attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for key equipment, and maintain accurate site logs and meeting records.

• Take end-to-end charge of system testing and commissioning activities. Attend Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and final system/show simulation tests, manage defect lists, coordinate rectification of on-site issues, and support formal project handover. Arrange operation and maintenance (O&M) training for relevant teams, and prepare project close-out documents including test reports, O&M manuals and equipment warranty files.

• Undertake additional construction and project-related duties as assigned by the senior management team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience delivering AV/show production/rigging packages on large-scale hospitality/resort construction projects.

• Strong hands-on technical knowledge of AV, show lighting, show audio, IPTV, BGM, and rigging systems, with familiarity with IBC and local Macau building codes/regulations.

• Technical delivery & quality management, including review of contractor submissions (drawings, shop drawings, method statements, CBWD, RFIs, as-builts), oversight of site installation, mock-ups, FAT/SAT, testing & commissioning, defect management, and formal system handover.

• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
