• Welcoming and serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards.

• Engage with customer with performance for food distribution and service in restaurant/ gaming floor.

• Handling guests’ needs and inquires.

• Liaise with kitchen and teams to maintain a smooth flow of guest service.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent professional training.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Working experience in F&B and hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Presentable grooming.

• Fluent in English or Chinese.
