Job Description:

• Assist the Assistant Chief Engineer in monitoring and maintaining the normal operation of all structures, plants and equipment within the complex.

• Ensure the reliability of the property water supply and drainage system.

• Manage contractors to carry out the mechanical and electrical maintenance and urgent repair works to ensure their works are in compliance with the required specifications and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field is preferred.

• 5 years' job experience in related area which inclusive of 2 years' supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge in related professional industry.

• Good communication skills.

• Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
